As the Operations Manager - Project Delivery & Manufacturing you will play a critical leadership role in supporting the ramp up of our new Radioligand Therapy manufacturing site in Denton Texas. This unique opportunity places you at the intersection of project delivery operational readiness and manufacturing leadership where you will build the foundation for a high-performing manufacturing organization while driving startup readiness workforce development cross-functional integration and commercial launch success. As the site transitions into operations you will lead Manufacturing Operations and help create a culture of safety quality operational excellence and continuous improvement that supports patients around the world.

Job Description

• Lead operational readiness startup planning and commercialization activities for the Denton manufacturing site.
• Support the ramp up of Novartis new Radioligand Therapy manufacturing site in Denton Texas.
• Drive cross-functional project delivery governance and operational integration across site workstreams.
• Build manufacturing capabilities through workforce planning training onboarding and organizational development.
• Lead Manufacturing Operations to achieve safety quality delivery cost and people objectives.
• Develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Establish systems processes and performance metrics that enable successful commercial manufacturing operations.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations Supply Chain Business Military Science or a related discipline.
• 6-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations engineering logistics supply chain project management military or another complex operational environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs operational initiatives or large-scale projects.
• Experience developing operational readiness programs workforce strategies training plans or organizational buildout activities.
• Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic environments while driving operational excellence and performance improvement.
• Strong leadership communication planning and organizational skills with the ability to influence across functions.

• Experience supporting startup operational readiness manufacturing operations or organizational buildout activities.
• Experience in pharmaceutical biotechnology Good Manufacturing Practice or another regulated manufacturing environment.

The salary for this position is expected to range between $98700 and $183300 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like but not limited to relevant skills and experience and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and depending on the level of the role eligibility to be considered for annual equity -based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health life and disability benefits a 401(k) with company contribution and match and a variety of other addition employees are eligible for a generous time off package including vacation personal days holidays and other leaves.
