A Day in the Life:

• Operate Machinery:Efficiently and safely manage assigned machinery perform simple maintenance and make vital adjustments.

• Setup and Maintenance:Participate in line opening and machine setup.

• Compliance:Follow all written procedures and report discrepancies to the Area Supervisor.

• Quality Control:Document accurately and check personal work for quality and compliance. Continuously supervise products for defects.

• Process Improvement:Suggest improvements to improve the production process.

• Training:Assist in training and developing peers.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing operations production lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

• Proficient in English (speaking reading writing) including technical and scientific language.

• Basic math skills (addition subtraction multiplication division).

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours a day).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to perform repetitive movements including pushing pulling lifting twisting bending grasping and crouching.
