Operator, Chemical

We are looking for a Production Operator for the Industry & Water segment in Fontana CA. This position performs work safely in accordance with established procedures; troubleshoots problems; performs lab analysis tasks; and ensures the proper operation of all equipment.

In this role youll be responsible for:

• Monitoring tank levels and process instrumentation
• Operating pumps valves filter presses controls and other operating devices
• Loading finished goods
• Connecting/disconnecting railroad cars
• Operating the fork trucks skid steers and overhead cranes
• And any other duties as assigned

What youll bring to the team:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or process operations coursework preferred.
• 1 years of experience in chemical plant operations industrial manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience working with little supervision.
• Experience with MS office applications including word excel power point and outlook.

The hourly rate for consideration for this position is$28.06per hourwith opportunities for performance-based bonuses. We also offer acomprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance paid time off life/disability insurance and a 401k retirement plan (which includes a company match).
