Job Title: Operator
Location: Bakersfield CA 93308 (Local Candidates Only)
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hr on W2
Duration: 11 months contract (possible extension)
Schedule: 14 Days On / 7 Days Off

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe efficient and reliable PSD services to customers.
• Assist field and maintenance crews in preparing equipment for operations.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox safety meetings.
• Maintain equipment in safe working condition and report issues.
• Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down operations.
• Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
• Follow all HSE policies and wear required PPE.
• Complete required safety training.

Required Skills

• Entry-level or 1 2 years of related experience.
• DOT Hazmat Driver License (Class A or Class B).
• Downhole wiring experience.
• Experience with logging units.
