Schedule varies Training is conducted during our 06:00am to 02:00pm shift

06:00am to 02:00pm; 02:00pm to 10:00pm: 10:00pm to 06:00am and 24/7 Shifts 06:00am to 06:00pm and 06:00pm to 06:00am include every other weekend.

What Youll Do

As a bag machine operator: Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

*Completes bag machine setup for production runs including loading materials adjusting settings and calibrating equipment to ensure proper operation.

*Monitors the production process inspects and test materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols to ensure products meet quality standards an production quotas are met.

*Verifies and tracks all materials for inventory and work in progress regulations.

*Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and performs routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating efficiently.

*Completes all necessary documentation for internal or external use.

Qualifications

*High School Diploma or GED Preferred

*2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred

*Mechanical Aptitude

*Ability to follow instructions and production specifications

*Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

*Self-Motivated

*Effective communication and teamwork skills

*Strong organization and time-management abilities

*Ability to work independently while supporting a team in a fast-paced environment

*Reliable attendance and a positive proactive attitude

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

*Work primarily in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

*Exposure to moving machinery production noise and varying temperatures may occur

*Required PPE includes hearing protection steel/composite shoes eye protection hair/beard nets.

*Regularly required to stand walk and use hands to handle materials or operate equipment

*Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed
