• Manage incoming work review requests and coordinate with appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution

• Enter and verify transactions with accuracy while balancing general ledger accounts

• Resolve complex customer issues using multiple systems records and resources

• Deliver fast accurate and courteous service to customers and banking partners

• Prepare edit and distribute specialized or complex operational documents

• Analyze customer feedback and report trends to identify recurring issues

• Review and improve processes for efficiency and accuracy; recommend enhancements to leadership

• Support and mentor junior team members serving as an escalation point for complex matters

Required:

• High School Diploma

• 2 years of office experience

Preferred:

• Associates Degree

• 4 years of office or operations experience
