Operations Supervisor Distribution Center
Shift: MondayFriday start between 12:00 PM2:00 PM to completion
About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor you will lead a frontline team to ensure safe efficient and high-quality operations within our distribution center. Youll coach employees drive performance and support day-to-day operations that help deliver critical healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and develop a team to meet productivity quality and safety goals
- Support onboarding training and performance management of employees
- Monitor operations resolve issues and adjust priorities in real time
- Ensure compliance with SOPs safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support site performance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- 3 years in distribution warehouse manufacturing or similar environment
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Experience leading teams in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication coaching and problem-solving skills
- Experience with WMS and Microsoft Office
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment
