Operations Supervisor

Essential Job Functions

• Execution of the applicable KPIs per company standard to include The Morning Routine and operational aspects of The Directors Playbook. Please refer to theCrane Worldwide Logistics OperationalKPI Standards addendum.
• Coordinates daily and weekly activities planning workloads and staffing accordingly.
• Accountable for production supervision and discipline of employees and conflict resolution.
• Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards.
• Enforce policy and procedure compliance.
• Coordinate with otherdepartments within the company.
• Respond to & solve production problems.
• Train employees on job specific duties and develops employees through coaching.
• Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements.
• Effectively communicatewithclientsvendorsand employees.
• Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas considering turnover size weight and related factors of items stored.
• AssistOperationsManager with planning and budget process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Talking hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Job will require presence at the assigned work location.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GEDRequired.
• Fouryears industry experiencerequired.
• Twoyearssupervisory required.
• Forklift Certified.

California required disclosure: Salary range for this position is between USD 54000 - 73000 annually.
