Key Responsibilities
- Support daily manufacturing and production activities.
- Maintain work instructions and production documentation.
- Prepare production reports spreadsheets and KPI dashboards.
- Design simple fixtures tooling and production aids using CAD software.
- Operate 3D printers for prototypes and manufacturing support.
- Use AI and digital tools to improve reporting and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in problem-solving and corrective action activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing & process improvement.
- Strong Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor.
- Experience with 3D printing or additive manufacturing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
