Job Summary
Operations Specialist
Thompson Gray is seeking an Operations Specialist to support for the U.S. Army.
Job Duties:
The selected candidate will work as the operations lead in a Department of Defense (DOD) product office. The operations lead will directly support the Product Director and Deputy Product Director managing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- GO SES Interaction
- Installation Management (Interaction with DPW)
- Alternate Information Management Officer (IMO)
- Property Book
- Facilities Management
- Alternate Actions Coordinator
- Divisional Visits
- All Military interaction
- Liaison with USAWHC CASCOM and T2COM
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive Experience in operations management or related discipline
- Ability to work in a dynamic evolving emerging work environment
- High level of professionalism
- Strong communication skills (phone email in-person)
- Must be proficient in Power Point Word and Excel
- Must be proactive
- Excellent organizational skills
- Be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Some understanding of cost schedule and performance
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10 Years of experience
