Paradiso Grande located in Orlando Florida is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Operations Specialist! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility and F&B outlets
- Support inventory management ordering receiving and stock organization
- Ensure food safety sanitation and company standards are maintained
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of dining service and storage areas
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries professionally
- Assist with event setup execution and breakdown as needed
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties including filing data entry and document management
- Answer phones respond to emails and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist with scheduling meetings staff schedules and calendar management
- Maintain operational records reports and spreadsheets
- Support payroll invoicing and purchasing processes as needed
- Prepare correspondence reports and presentations
- Assist management with special projects and administrative tasks
- Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality food & beverage operations customer service or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational multitasking and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and Outlook and general office software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
