Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Food & Beverage:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility and F&B outlets
Support inventory management ordering receiving and stock organization
Ensure food safety sanitation and company standards are maintained
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Monitor cleanliness and organization of dining service and storage areas
Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries professionally
Assist with event setup execution and breakdown as needed
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative and clerical duties including filing data entry and document management
Answer phones respond to emails and direct inquiries appropriately
Assist with scheduling meetings staff schedules and calendar management
Maintain operational records reports and spreadsheets
Support payroll invoicing and purchasing processes as needed
Prepare correspondence reports and presentations
Assist management with special projects and administrative tasks
Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in hospitality food & beverage operations customer service or administrative support preferred
Strong organizational multitasking and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and Outlook and general office software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
Schedule:
Open availability required. Must be available to work days and evenings weekends (required) and holidays as needed. Flexible schedule based on operational demands.
