What You Will Do:

• Conduct comprehensive baseline assessments of industrial capabilities by analyzing production data maintenance metrics and operational risks.

• Gather clean and prepare data from various sources to populate and validate a prioritization tool and analytical models.

• Help develop a data dictionary database schemas and API specifications to ensure the tool is scalable and ready for future expansion.

• Collaborate with data scientists developers and subject matter experts to create a robust scalable and defensible system for decision support.

• Document technical specifications methodologies and architectural workflows for the prioritization framework and tool.

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding. Candidates with an ACTIVE SECRET or higher-level clearance are preferred.

• Bachelors degree in Operations Research Industrial Engineering Systems Engineering or another relevant STEM field.

• Minimum THREE (3) years of relevant experience

• Proven experience in developing and applying quantitative models decision support tools or BCA methodologies.

• Proficiency with data analysis and willingness to learn new software platforms and tools.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices including defining requirements for configurable software.

• Experience developing or working with database schemas and API specifications.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an ability to adapt to new challenges.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting complex technical concepts and presenting findings.

• Interest in AI/ML applications optimization and simulation for industrial processes.
