Join a team that powers Apples global ecosystem of developers and partners by enabling the technologies behind millions of accessories used by customers every day. Within the MFi (Made for iPhone/iPad) Program you will help drive the operational engine that connects Apple innovation to a worldwide network of third-party developers supporting product development supply continuity and scalable growth across a dynamic and rapidly evolving this role you will serve as a key operational leader working closely with cross-functional engineering technical and business teams. You will manage a complex high-value business that spans vendor performance demand and financial planning and program executionrequiring strong judgment business acumen and the ability to lead through ambiguity to deliver meaningful impact.
You will manage the financial and operational performance of a high-volume global business supporting millions of units per quarter through a network of international distribution partners. This role requires strong ownership of forecasting supply planning and execution in a fast-paced environment supporting ongoing product innovation.
Manage day-to-day operations and performance of the global distribution network supporting MFi componentsnLead supply and demand planning including multiple forecast cycles per quarter and ongoing business trend analysisnDrive resolution of supply escalations by coordinating with suppliers contract manufacturers and cross-functional Apple teamsnPartner with engineering and program teams to support new product introduction (NPI) including qualification and validation milestonesnMonitor vendor performance and implement improvements to ensure supply continuity and operational excellencenAnalyze financial and operational data to inform decision-making and optimize business outcomesnCommunicate status risks and opportunities clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. Seek resolutions for supply constraints working through our network of global supply managers and ongoing operational and supply chain demands in the role of Operations Program Manager as needed to support the broader Ecosystem Development and Partnerships team.
Bachelors degree in Business Operations Supply Chain or a related field or equivalent work experiencen3 years of experience in supply chain operations or demand planningnExperience in supplier or vendor managementnStrong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in ExcelnExcellent written and verbal communication skills ability to communicate effectively with executive teams internal and external to Apple.
Experience working in a global supply chain environmentnFamiliarity with semiconductor or silicon supply chainsnExperience supporting high-volume consumer productsnDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentnStrong financial acumen including forecasting and business analysisnExperience with new product introduction (NPI) processesnAbility to influence and lead cross-functional teams without formal authoritynHigh attention to detail with a focus on operational excellence
