A successful OPM is a natural leader and facilitator; is dynamic driven organized and detail oriented; excels in program / project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. This individual is the team leader within Product Operations and serves as the primary interface to product development and other functions within Apple. Responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management of all SoftGoods FATP u0026 sub-assemblies within Apple u0026 Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vendor operations teams in planning and executing development builds u0026 product comprehensive program management including ops schedules manufacturing cost inputs budget management and consolidated executive briefingsCoordinate u0026 track readiness/risks across all ramp requirements: Equipment Materials Facilities u0026 ResourcesnLead operations communications upward and downward through organization: escalate issues and present mitigation/solutions to cross-functional executive teams with precision and product manufacturability testability and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and maximum flexibility while maintaining superior product quality expected of system requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with cross-functional teams.n Deliver operational excellence through resilient supply planning and execution. Bridge capacity plans to factory execution manage production allocation and mitigate risks to ensure supply meets businessnTravel up to 25%

5 years experience in NPI Operations Management Supply Chain or Product/Program driven and detail oriented project / program leadership experience
