Operations Planning and Fulfillment Manager

The Operations PlanningandFulfillmentManager will provide leadership inthe ordermanagement and master data aspects of the supply chain.The Manager will directlyoverseethe order processing and shipmentsof all direct-to-consumer D-Commerce and third-party customer orders.

Results-orientedmanager will drive activities to provide superiorguest andcustomer servicehighestquality orderpreparation efficient ordermanagementtimelyshipmentandincreased customer satisfaction metricsworking with CustomersSales and Supply.

The Associate will lead a team ofexempt andnon-exempt (50 in total seasonally). In this role the associate will also be responsibleinoptimizinginternal business processesselectco-packing of finishedgoodsenablingtechnologies anddriving Associate engagement.

What are we looking for

Minimum:

• 3-5 years experience in Logistics or Supply Chain management or related field.
• 2 years within leadership role (i.e. coaching training etc.)
• Ability to influence associates internally and externally.
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects and processes within a complex supply chain environment.
• Direct to consumer fulfillment and/or logistics and supply chain experience.
• Continuous improvement mindset - process optimization
• Negotiating skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Discretion to handle sensitive customer issues.
• Experience using SAP FedEx Amazon Freight and Logistics Quality Management Systems Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field
• Continuous Improvement and sustainble sourcing of supplies
• Experience in factory manufacturing and/or co-packing.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location job-related knowledge skills and total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements if eligible including variable pay medical and dental benefits participation in 401k plan and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employees work schedule (i.e. part-time schedule store associate).
