DNVs Medical Device Group within DNV Life Sciences is seeking fill the role of Operations Planner. We are looking for a self motivated disciplined individual to perform scheduling and planning for medical device certification projects.
This role is based at our DNV office in Houston TX presenting a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from theDNV office. Further details regarding role-specific requirements will be shared during the interview process.
What Youll Do
Ensure that the project activity/progression (work) is tracked in the production tools scheduled in accordance with the quality requirements of the Activity and the procedures governing the Activity.
Scheduling and/or the assignment of all assessment/auditing-related activities.
Assist in issuance of activity schedules to assessment staff.
Assure that all Periodic Audits (PAs) are scheduled as required by PA plans.
Tracking of all assigned assessment/audit
Maintain excel tracking to ensure full visibility of all audit activities.
update internal paperwork as per guidelines of MDR
maintain project updates with current contracts CPs and QRFs for each client

Qualifications
What Is Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Good English communication skills both written and verbal.
Very proficient (Intermediate Advanced Expert level) with Microsoft Office Suites i.e. Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel.
Familiarity with FTP (i.e. OneDrive)
Strong attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills.
