This opening is for an Operations Manager I to provide customer solutions Help Desk support for the Content and Event Warehouses. The candidate will be responsible for resolving end user help desk tickets and for escalating issues to Developers. Additional responsibilities include reviewing system logs for errors responding to user tickets requesting new features or complaints about performance and educating users and other help desks on how the system works.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required
A bachelors degree in a technical field is highly desired which will be considered equivalent to two (2) years of experience. A masters degree in a technical field will be considered equivalent to four (4) years of experience. NOTE: A degree in Computer Science Mathematics Information Systems Engineering or similar degree will be considered as a technical field.
Strong Customer Service skills
Strong organization skills
Experience with JIRA ticketing system and Confluence
Five (5) years or more of relevant experience with these tasks

Target Salary Range
$104000 - $166000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
