POSITION SUMMARY:
- Coordinate and manage project schedules deliverables documentation and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution and successful project completion.
- Support operational programs by maintaining training materials orientation resources clinical competency documentation and compliance tracking.
- Generate and analyze operational reports from multiple systems to provide leadership with actionable insights and support organizational decision-making.
- Serve as the primary liaison for patient advocacy initiatives by coordinating feedback resolving concerns and partnering with site leadership to improve the patient experience.
- Manage administrative operations including meeting coordination project documentation mobile device deployment and operational support across multiple initiatives.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field preferred with 3-5 years of project management experience in a healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Visio with strong organizational analytical and project coordination skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects maintaining documentation generating reports and supporting operational improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Reliable transportation required for job-related travel with the flexibility to support changing business needs and work schedules.
