Schedule: Monday - Friday

This role serves as a connector between strategy and execution standardizing processes supporting site teams and ensuring every property in the portfolio meets Greystars operational and financial performance standards. This is a high-visibility role with meaningful cross-functional reach ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced people-centered environment and brings both analytical rigor and a solution-centric approach to the business. This role will work alongside key leaders and stakeholders within the Southern California portfolio reporting directly to the Senior Director of Talent Operations & Performance Strategy.

• Ideal candidate has minimum three years experience onsite as Community Manager (or similar role)
• Ability to interpret data and key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency at portfolio-level.
• Ability to manage and support the development of strategies programs and initiatives that drive operational excellence and standardization; including defining processes procedures policies and operational/performance metrics.
• Ability to use tech-forward/AI to create workflow enhancements and efficiencies.
• Ability to review analyze and interpret financial statements identifying performance gaps and helping to implement region-wide strategy.
• Support and oversee process improvement pilots and operational projects from scoping through completion.
• Lead and participate in briefings site visits and operational reviews to surface best practices and drive consistency
• Required; prior experience and proficiency in Yardi and Onesite.

The salary range for this position is $80000 - $90000 (San Diego CA)

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements prior experience current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.

• Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participatein weekly monthly and/or quarterly bonus programs.
