As an Operations Manager youll lead day-to-day hauling operations while developing your leadership team and driving performance across safety service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise drivers and frontline supervisors in daily collection operations
• Monitor routes and staffing; adjust resources in real time to meet service demands
• Partner with the District Manager on budgeting and P&L performance
• Coach develop and hold accountable a team of frontline leaders
• Conduct field inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance and best practices
• Handle and resolve customer escalations with professionalism and urgency
• Oversee environmental OSHA and local regulatory compliance
• Set and execute short- and long-term operational goals
• Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset

• 5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced people-heavy environment
• Proven ability to manage large hourly teams and shifting priorities
• Experience with operations logistics or field-based teams
• Exposure to budgeting or P&L management
• Strong decision-making communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Excel and business systems
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Willingness to relocate for advancement opportunities

• Comfortable operating in high-accountability fast-moving environments
• Safety-focused with experience in regulated industries (a plus)
