Typical Job Duties

• Manage day-to-day security operations.
• Manage incident reports review track and investigate all incidents
• Train staff in safety and security processes and procedures
• Review current procedures practices policies and update (including emergency plans first aid active shooter overdose awareness etc.)
• Supervise hire coach evaluate and schedule security guards at client sites.
• Maintain proactive communication with client contacts.
• Participate in the onboarding of new employees
• Establish relationships with local law enforcement and emergency agencies
• Establish a proactive approach to safety and security

Requirements

• 5 years of security experience or related field law enforcement military etc.
• 2 years Supervisor / Management experience
• High School Diploma
• Associates Degree
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid Michigan Drivers License
• Ability to obtain a Michigan Concealed Pistol License

High School Equivalent
