RequiredQualifications:

• 5yearsofprogressivemanagementexperienceinacomplexhealthcareenvironment.
• StrongSterileProcessing/CentralProcessingmanagementexperience.
• ExperiencewithSPMMicrosystemsorequivalent.
• Experienceworkinginalabor-managementpartnershipenvironment.
• ProficiencywithMicrosoftTeamsPowerPointExcelandWord.
• Strongleadershipcommunicationmentoringandprocessimprovementskills.
• HighSchoolDiploma/GEDrequired.
• CRCSTcertificationthroughHSPArequireduponhire.

PreferredQualifications:
