Were hiring an Operations Lead (Events) to oversee the successful coordination and execution of photo booth activations within an assigned market. This role is responsible for leading local event operations supporting field technicians managing logistics maintaining equipment readiness and ensuring exceptional guest and client experiences at every activation.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments enjoys leading teams solving problems in real time and creating memorable event experiences through operational excellence.

• Event setup execution and breakdown coordination
• Technician scheduling staffing and operational support
• Inventory management and equipment oversight
• Client communication and onsite guest experience
• Post-event reporting and operational documentation
• Maintaining Majestics brand standards across all activations

• You enjoy managing moving parts in fast-paced event environments
• Youre comfortable leading teams and making real-time operational decisions
• You take pride in organization accountability and execution quality
• You communicate professionally with clients vendors and team members
• You thrive in people-facing roles and bring positive energy to every interaction
• Youre highly dependable and solutions-oriented under pressure

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional coursework or certifications in event operations hospitality logistics or leadership is a plus

• Experience in event operations experiential marketing hospitality logistics or field operations preferred
• Experience leading or coordinating teams in live-event environments strongly preferred
• Experience managing schedules staffing or operational workflows preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues in real time
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Google Workspace
• Scheduling and communication platforms
• Basic inventory tracking systems
• Event operation and reporting tools
• Familiarity with booth hardware printers and event technology preferred
