This role is located in Somerville MA - This is an in-office role on-site 5 days/week.

What skills or experience do I need
- Bias for action flexibility adaptability and strong time management skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and takes a solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and present projects to the team and company.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
- Excited about adopting new tools and AI technologies to work smarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues and handle office projects building moving and setting up equipment around HQ.
- Keep the space organized clean and fully stocked.
- Monitor the Operations Jira board and inbox; respond to requests.
- Manage inventory and ordering for snacks food and office supplies.
- Open sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Source procure and maintain office equipment.
- Support workplace culture initiatives: town halls happy hours team events.
- Support hardware fulfillment.

The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range posted actual compensation will be determined depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge & skills experience business needs geographical location market compensation data and internal equity. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time. The hourly rate for this position is $2025/hr based on experience and proficiency.
