Primary Responsibilities
- Lead operational forecasting for production volumes labor material consumption manufacturing costs inventory and working capital.
- Partner with Operations leadership to identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Analyze raw material WIP and finished goods inventories and drive inventory turn improvements.
- Monitor inventory aging excess inventory and obsolescence exposure.
- Establish and maintain robust WIP reporting and forecasting processes.
- Track project costs margins labor utilization and forecasted outcomes.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing KPI dashboards and performance analytics.
- Perform variance analysis root-cause analysis and profitability assessments.
- Support capital investment evaluations and operational improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted business partner to Manufacturing Supply Chain and Project leaders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting Economics Engineering Supply Chain or related field.
- 7 years in FP&A Operations Finance Manufacturing Finance or Supply Chain Finance.
- Strong knowledge of inventory working capital forecasting and manufacturing analytics.
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience; SAP preferred.
- Power BI Tableau or similar analytics tools preferred.

- Strong business partnering and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with plant managers supply chain leaders and project managers.
- Able to translate operational performance into actionable financial insights.
