Operations Finance Manager

Position Description

We are hiring an Operations Finance Manager. The Operations Finance Manageris a criticalfinance business partner to Operations leadership providing financial guidance strategic insights and operational support to drive business performance. This role is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities for manufacturing operations including forecasting budgeting month-end close variance analysis capital planning and performance reporting.

The Operations Finance Manager will oversee the financial support of manufacturing and operational functions while managing and developing finance staff. This position partners closely with Plant Leadership Supply Chain Operations Accounting and Corporate FP&A to ensure accurate financial reporting effective decision-making and achievement of operational and financial objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing operations cost accounting inventory management and operational drivers to proactively identify risks and opportunities improve profitability strengthen financial controls and drive continuous process improvement.
