Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in operational processes and procedures

- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity

- Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements

- Train and educate employees on new processes and procedures

- Monitor and track progress of operational initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business operations management or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations preferably in the construction industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus
