Shore Industries is seeking an organized dependable Operations Coordinator to support our growing Makefast marine products division. This position combines office administration order processing inventory management customer support and assistance within our marine assembly department.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting both office operations and production activities.
Primary Responsibilities
Process customer orders and sales documentation
Manage order status and customer communications
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Track and maintain inventory accuracy
Receive and verify incoming shipments
Prepare shipping documentation
Coordinate with suppliers and internal team members
Maintain organized customer and inventory records
Assist the Marine Assembly Department with product preparation packaging quality checks and other production support as needed
Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
Positive team-oriented attitude
Mechanical aptitude is preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Experience
Inventory management
ERP or order management software
Shipping and receiving
Manufacturing or production environments
Marine RV or automotive industry experience
Compensation
$22 to $30 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
