TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator in the Baltimore MD area!
Full-Time Opportunity!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Schedule inbound and outbound shipments with carries and prepare all required documentation
- Issue and verify loading tickets for drivers upon arrival
- Dispatch drivers to designated loading areas notify supervisor and warehouse operators of arrivals
- Track and record yards arrivals of containers
- Issue and verify loading tickets for drivers upon arrival
- Dispatch drivers to loading areas and notify team
- Assist with inventory control and general operational support
- Maintain a clean organized and efficient work area
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 3-5 years experience in logistics warehouse or transportation Operations
- Operations or dispatch background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- WMS and/or dispatch system experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
PAY RATE
$20-$22per hour(based on experience)
SCHEDULE
First Shift
Mon- Fri 7:30-4pm
