Operations Associate, On the Road Team

WHAT IS THE JOB

The Operations role for the On the Road Team is critical to the success of this business channel. This position maintains accurate inventory levels and helps deliver a seamless customer experience through clear communication and excellent organization. This role is highly cross-functional working very closely with the warehouse & tailor shop teams. This role reports into the Senior Manager and is a full-time salaried non-exempt position.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing all incoming and outgoing product from a systematic standpoint
• Daily physical transportation of all incoming and outgoing product
• Physically and systematically returning product to Warehouse when no longer needed in inventory
• Investigating inventory discrepancies
• Logging and processing all items to be Marked out of Stock (MOS)
• Executing weekly cycle counts followed by investigation and reporting of any variances
• Weekly monitoring of all supplies
• Daily maintenance and organization of OTR stock room
• Packing and unpacking assortment with team members for upcoming shows
• Logging incoming alterations & adding them to the queue
• Trouble shooting alterations issues
• Logging finished alterations for shipping
