Operations Assistant
Senior Helpers Full-Time Hourly Position
Senior Helpers is seeking a highly organized detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily office operations and help ensure smooth coordination between caregivers clients and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced mission-driven environment and enjoys keeping systems records and communication running efficiently behind the scenes.
What Youll Do
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to office staff and leadership
- Maintain accurate client and caregiver records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
- Assist with scheduling onboarding and internal communication
- Enter and manage data in company systems and support reporting tasks
- Assist with payroll billing and general office support as needed
- Help maintain compliance confidentiality and organized workflows
- Support office supplies training materials and internal coordination
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organization attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Dependable proactive and team-oriented
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration HR or related field is preferred
- Experience in office administration healthcare staffing or operations
- Familiarity with WellSky or similar systems a plus
