What Makes This Role Great:

In this high-visibility program you will complete four six-month rotations across critical business divisions taking on hands-on projects in purchasing data management new product introduction and fulfillment optimization while receiving structured post-program placement support aligned with your long-term career goals.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Drive strategic purchasing and supply chain management by qualifying vendors negotiating competitive pricing and optimizing global procurement processes.
• Coordinate new product introductions from concept to production managing forecasts material movements and engineering releases.
• Optimize fulfillment center operations and material flow through data-driven logistics management and advanced inventory forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to maintain enterprise data warehouses and improve operational data integrity.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor or Master degree in Operations Supply Chain Management Management Information Systems or Engineering.
• Minimum of one relevant prior internship or up to three years of professional experience in operations or supply chain functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and ability to start in Dayton Ohio in July 2027.
• Strong problem-solving mindset initiative and agility in adapting to shifting priorities within a collaborative team structure.

Bonus Points For

• Practical experience applying AI computer vision or machine learning solutions to manufacturing optimization quality control or autonomous procurement.
• Advanced expertise in data analytics tools applied to demand forecasting inventory management or logistics planning.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in university organizations project management or extracurricular initiatives.
