Operations Analyst

Total Safety is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join their safety conscious team! The Operations Support Specialist provide administrative and technical support for a businesss day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties:ââ
Processing invoices as well as in house orders contacting vendors and customers coordinating deliveries and returns analyze root causes of operational malfunctions.
Provide resolutions managing calendars handling and organizing electronic files and coordinating maintenance repairs as well as deliveries with multiple TS locations.
Collecting data from various processes and analyzing it - complete as needed- ensuring information is accessible to all departments within TS.
Providing support with Eclipse ques for Ship confirming expediting.
Ensuring the systems and processes are implemented smoothly when new business procedures and processes are introduced into the company.
Checking regularly with other teams/departments to make sure the process is being followed and their questions are answered and improve processes if needed.
Working closely with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Pay rate $22-$24

Experience:ââââ
1 to 2 years warehouse experience. Eclipse software knowledge helpful Excel and Word are a plus.

Education:
High School diploma
