This position is responsible for inventory control systems system configuration strategies and hardware deployment oversight serving our commitment to precision and operational excellence. You will work independently under the general direction of the Director of Customer Success to ensure strategic alignment and efficient processes across our operational landscape. This position may require :Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related or experience in the hospitality market including EPOS systems mobile and kiosk understanding of SaaS platforms and Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships manage expectations and provide strategic in Inventory systems and project management analytical skills to interpret operational trends and drive data-informed :Strategic Operations SupportServe as an integral part of the Operations team offering 1st and 2nd line support to clients via phone and email channelsWork effectively within the Cinchio Team to resolve project issues utilizing solution-focused testing & deployment for installationsOversee client operations protocols and develop scalable frameworks for support high-level guidance to resolve escalated client issues and ensure alignment with autonomously in identifying and implementing operational Control & AdministrationLead the evaluation selection and implementation of enterprise inventory control and track accurate inventory levels manage stock adjustments and ensure compliance during inventory-related recommendations to leadership based on data and performance & Hardware ConfigurationDesign and implement configuration strategies for EPOS databases and Cinchios software platform to meet client and business-wide hardware configuration and testing strategies ensuring components meet deployment standardsProject ManagementBuild strong relationships for sustainable future business and repeat team meetings to provide updates on project status and share successes and challenges to foster continual business cross-functional initiatives and drive project that operational workflows align with strategic goals and client team meetings to provide strategic updates and insights that foster business and BenefitsFull-Time Exempt.$75 monthly cell phone Time Off: no accruals; employees are encouraged to schedule time off as needed within business Dental Vision Life Insurance and other voluntary benefits for you and your family; employee premiums in a 401(k) program with a 15% company match (must be 21 years or older eligible after one year of employment with1000 hoursworked available to enroll during Open Enrollment Periods).Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability employer sponsored;scaled-salarypay following submission and approval of Leave: Birthing Parent Plan covers up to (6-8)weeksfully paid leave based on the birthing Paid Benefit: Up to120 hoursof Paid Leave for qualifying reasons including Parental Bonding and your familys serious medical to 5 days Paid Bereavement -Demand Pay Program: Get access to aportionof earned wages before Plan & Employee Discounts where sick leave is provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
