Operations Manager

We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily administrative functions support staff and ensure smooth community operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate community programs and services

• Maintain compliance with documentation and inspections

• Support communication with residents families and staff

• Manage office operations scheduling and purchasing

• Prepare reports track budgets and organize meetings

• Ensure high morale and a positive work environment
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; 3 years administrative experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
