Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $30.00 $52.00 USD/hour (based on experience)
$25000 USD Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
Prepare patients before surgery and monitor recovery in the PACU.
Assist surgical teams during procedures while maintaining strict sterile technique.
Monitor patients vital signs and respond quickly to changes in condition.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital safety standards.
Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)
NCLEX-RN Passed
Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room or PACU nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Citizenship from USA Canada Australia Chile or Mexico
