What youll do

As an Operating Model Consultant youll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges and help HLS clients transform how their organizations operate. Youll contribute to high-profile transformations while developing expertise in health and life sciences operating design and business transformation. Our OpModel Consultants are responsible for:

• Designing future-state operating models including organizational structures governance capabilities and ways of working.
• Analyzing complex business challenges and developing practical recommendations business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitating stakeholder discussions and workshops working with clients from operational teams to executive leadership.
• Assessing organizational capabilities operating models and ways of working to identify opportunities for improved performance and transformation.

Qualifications :

What were looking for

Successful candidates will come from consulting healthcare life sciences transformation business analysis organizational design or strategy backgrounds.

• You have at minimum 2 years of professional experience in consulting health and life sciences transformation or a related industry role. Were open to early-career professionals and career transitioners but this is not an entry-level position.
• Youve supported clinical R&D medical regulatory commercial or enterprise transformation initiatives within pharmaceutical biotech medtech or healthcare organizations.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills. You consistently synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and insights.

• Youre known to be proactive and have a desire to solve difficult challenges with creativity and structure.

Experience in the following areas is a key indicator that youll be a strong match for our team:

• Pharmaceutical biotech healthcare and patient-centered operating models and organizational design
• Clinical development R&D or commercial transformation
• Governance capability and process design
• Enterprise and technology-enabled transformation
• Change delivery product ownership or agile ways of working

Additional Information :

Hybrid working: Our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment including up to 5 days per week on a client site

Compensation: In compliance with Colorados New Yorks Illinoiss & Massachusettss Equal Pay Transparency Act PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role.  This salary range is specific to Massachusetts New York and Illinois and is commensurate with experience market data applicant skills internal equity and/or degrees/certifications.  Salary Range: $115800 - 121900
