Your Role at Sephora:Ready for a career glow up As Senior Designer youll be translating our brand vision into visually stunning consumer-centric creative across all channels. The work you do will impact beauty as you concept design and refine assets that bring our brand to life from high-visibility campaigns to digital touchpoints. What Youll Do:

• Design Development:Create high-quality on-brand designs for a range of projects ensuring every asset reflects our core identity.
• Concepting & Storytelling:Collaborate with art directors copywriters and marketing partners to develop concepts that emotionally connect with customers and drive results.
• Production Oversight:Prepare final files for print and digital production ensuring pixel-perfect and press-ready deliverables.
• Mentorship:Support and guide junior designers providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
• Brand Evolution:Build brand identities scalable design systems logos guidelines and templates that strengthen and elevate the overall brand experience.
• Cross-Functional Partnership:Partner across the organization with various teams to deliver creative work that directly aligns with business priorities.

What Youll Bring:

• Experience:6 years of professional design experience preferably in beauty fashion lifestyle or retail industries.
• Education:Bachelors Degree in Design (or equivalent practical experience).
• Technical Proficiency:Strong experience using Figma and high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
• Creative Skills:Strong typography color and layout skills with an exceptional keen eye for detail.
• Project Management:Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication:Excellent communication and presentation skills to share design ideas and rationale effectively with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.

What Youll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $117895.00- $131765.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they willperform the employed in this position may also be eligible to earn job will be posted for a minimum offivedays.
