Your Role:

As an Onsite Supervisor you will oversee daily workforce operations maintain communication with client management supervise employees and ensure a safe and productive work environment.

• Position: Onsite Supervisor
• Location: Lost Hills CA
• Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Weekends and overtime required as needed
• Pay Rate: $21.00/HR

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid drivers license required

• Oversee employee attendance and punctuality
• Supervise and support onsite employees professionally
• Maintain communication with client management regarding daily operations
• Prioritize tasks and ensure operational deadlines are met
• Handle workers compensation and injury-related incidents
• Conduct safety meetings and safety walks
• Manage employee timekeeping and attendance records
• Maintain daily weekly and monthly operational reports
• Issue corrective actions and disciplinary documentation when necessary
• Keep employee records and databases updated
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous supervisory warehouse or staffing experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
