Onsite Supervisor

Eclipse is looking for anOn-Site Supervisor to join our team in the growth of its supply chain people solutions business. As a pivotal leader within our dedicated team the On-Site Supervisor position acts as an extension of our clients HR team by helping to recruit and manage the hourly workforce directly at our clients site in Fort Payne AL. On a daily basis you will work side-by-side with our clients supervisory team to ensure that workforce solutions are implemented to grow the business to its full potential.

This is a second shift role: 5pm to 2am Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities and essential job functions:

* Achieve hiring objectives by establishing recruiting requirements and developing a potential candidate pool. Conduct interviews evaluate applicants and enter corresponding information into database.

* Create recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to maintain the objectives of site recruitment strategy. Assist in managing and overseeing our employees.

* Upon filling open positions: audit new hire paperwork process pre-employment screening and enter new hire information into the HRIS and payroll system. Provide orientation for new hires.

* Create and manage affective and progressive employee engagement initiatives as well as always being visible to staff.

* Maintain corporate and client guidelines and controls to ensure compliance in employee relations issues in accordance with Divisional and Corporate policies and procedures as needed. Provide counseling and conduct investigations as needed with corporate departments

* Coordinate with the Onsite Manager to maintain Eclipse IAs Corporate and the Clients HR safety and environmental programs assure compliance with OSHA and the companys regulations and guidelines.

* Complete additional tasks as needed to help achieve the overall goals of the site.

* Experience overseeing and ensuring site safety.

Job Requirements:

* Bi-lingual language in either Spanish and English or Mandarin and English required.

* 1 to 2 years Recruiting experience preferred.

* Warehouse or production environment experience be willing to work in environments that can be cold and wet.

* Excellent client and customer relationship skills.

* Flexibility with schedule with overtime at times (as determined by manager)

* Detail-oriented hands-on results-driven individual with a positive attitude toward change and resilient under pressure to work in a challenging fast-paced energetic environment.

* Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills

* HRIS System Payroll systems or Recruiting industry systems knowledge is a plus
