Available Schedules

Whiteland IN

• MondayFriday 1pm9pm

Plainfield / Avon Area

• Part-time up to 40 hours per week

• Weekend flexibility required

• Shifts: 8am5pm or 10am6pm

What Youll Do

• Serve as the onsite point of contact at our clients facility building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met

• Walk the production floor to actively monitor associate performance

• Conduct new hire orientations onboarding and shift check-ins

• Coach employees to improve performance and reduce turnover

• Create and maintain daily/weekly reports (attendance performance turnover) using Excel

• Conduct injury investigations and employee relations follow-ups

• Support recruiting efforts as needed

What You Bring

• Prior warehouse management experience

• Knowledge of forklift/PITT equipment

• Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel

• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

• Experience in light industrial staffing or onsite workforce management preferred

• High energy positive attitude and a team-focused mindset

• Ability to multitask and manage a multi-shift workforce

• Comfortable working with a diverse group of people

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
