Online Tutor (All Subjects)

Remote Contract / As Needed

Earlston Academy is building a network of Tutors across a wide range of subjects and skill areas to support students with personalized learning and academic or professional development.

We welcome tutors with expertise in academic subjects technology business professional skills test preparation career skills and other areas of instruction.

• Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions.
  
• Help students understand challenging concepts and develop stronger skills.
  
• Adapt instruction to each students learning style and goals.
  
• Create or use learning materials exercises and practice activities.
  
• Provide clear explanations guidance and constructive feedback.
  
• Track student progress and communicate areas for improvement.
  
• Conduct sessions virtually using online learning and video-conferencing tools.

Math Science English Writing Reading History Technology Programming AI Business Finance Marketing Sales Test Preparation Career Skills Professional Development And More

• Demonstrated knowledge or experience in the subject you want to tutor.
  
• 6 years of subject matter experience
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
  
• Reliable computer webcam microphone and internet connection.
  
• Teaching tutoring mentoring or professional experience is preferred.
  
• Relevant degree certification or professional experience may be required depending on the subject.
  

Experienced professionals educators graduate students industry specialists and subject-matter experts are encouraged to apply.

Contract As Needed

• Paid per completed tutoring session. $15-$60/hr
  
• Rates vary based on subject expertise session type and experience.
  
• Flexible scheduling based on student demand and tutor availability.
