Online Chat Agent (No Phone)

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through online chat to provide information about plastic products and services offered by Meyer Plastics Inc
• Resolve customer inquiries issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments and processing returns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service during every interaction

Salary & Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $30 per hour
• Maximum Salary: $35 per hour
• Currency: USD
• Frequency of payment: Bi-weekly
