As an Apartment Maintenance Technician you are a key part of creating a community our residents are proud to call home. You will handle service requests complete repairs prepare apartment homes for new move-ins and help keep the property safe clean and running smoothly. From troubleshooting appliances plumbing electrical and HVAC issues to supporting preventive maintenance and responding to unexpected problems you bring a hands-on approach and a strong sense of pride to everything you do.
