Responsibilities:

Evidence-Based Practice: Integrate best current evidence with clinical expertise and patient/family preferences and values for delivery of optimal health care.

Quality Improvement: Use data to monitor the outcomes of care processes and use improvement methods to design and test changes to continuously improve the quality and safety of healthcare systems.

Safety: Minimize risk of harm to patients and providers through both system effectiveness and individual performance.

Informatics: Use information and technology to communicate manage knowledge mitigate error and support decision-making.

Leadership: Agents of change within the organization involved in committees professional development and support organizational goals as well as active participants in the community. Nurses support organizational goals advance the nursing profession and enhance professional development by extending their influence to professional and community groups.

Requirements:

Must have 2 years of Oncology experience

RN License

Bachelors Degree from an accredited school of nursing

BLS from American Red Cross or American Heart Association with at least 3 months left before expiration is required upon hire

Compensation:

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $36.00 - $41.40 per hour commensurate with qualifications education experience and other applicable factors. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Additional compensation may be available in the form of discretionary incentive or other compensation programs. Any such additional compensation is not guaranteed and is determined at the sole discretion of the organization based on applicable program terms individual and/or organizational performance and other eligibility requirements.

• Bonus: $10000 Paid out as outlined in the sign-on Bonus agreement(Eligible for RNs with at least 2 years of Nursing Experience)
