This leadership opportunity is ideal for a registered nurse with strong operational clinical and team development experience in an oncology or specialty care setting.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support nursing staff responsible for coordinating patient care and treatment services

  • Manage daily department operations staffing plans scheduling and resource allocation

  • Promote a culture of patient safety quality care and clinical excellence

  • Ensure continuity of care and effective patient transitions between treatment settings

  • Support care coordination efforts and multidisciplinary treatment planning

  • Provide coaching mentorship and professional development opportunities for nursing staff

  • Monitor operational performance and implement process improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with physicians clinical teams and administrative leaders to enhance patient care services

  • Assist with strategic planning workflow optimization and program development

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements policies and professional standards

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • Previous clinical nursing experience required

  • Prior leadership supervisory or management experience required

  • Oncology specialty care infusion or outpatient experience preferred

  • Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lead teams manage operations and support quality improvement initiatives

  • Proficiency with healthcare technology and clinical documentation systems
