Onboarding & Offboarding Supervisor (VolunteerRemote)

• Provide leadership guidance and support to onboarding and offboarding coordinators and team members.

• Collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition leadership to improve and streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Oversee daily department operations ensure timely completion of documentation and tasks and coordinate with managers across departments regarding new team members.

• Partner with HR on best practices global initiatives volunteer offboarding and performance feedback while attending monthly team meetings and completing additional duties as assigned.

• Attend team meeting on the second Tuesday of each month at 12:30pm EST.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification a plus.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices employment laws and workplace policies preferred.

• Excellent communication leadership organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize delegate and thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Must be available to volunteer 12-15 hours a week.

• Based in the USA and able to work set hours (neg).
