Job Summary

Mainsl is seeking an Onboarding and Credentialing Specialist. This role will play a crucial role in supporting the setup and ongoing credentialing of vendors and employees in the Self Determination Program. The Onboarding and Credentialing Specialist will partner with other FMS team members to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and verified and systems are accurately updated to enable timely and compliant delivery.

Salary: $53560 annually

Work schedule: Remote/Hybrid- there will be in office training work time and meetings that are in person in Brooklyn Park MN

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow all internal policies procedures processes and internal controls providing FMS services within accordance with all contracts and regulations.
  • Act as a resource to address participant and stakeholder questions related to self-directing services.
  • Process program documents including employee paperwork vendor invoices and enrollment forms following established procedures and timelines.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of payroll; perform data entry and review of payable invoices; and support individuals in managing their service budget and expenditure.
  • Establish and maintain credential tracking systems for vendors and employees; conduct monthly reviews and follow up on expirations.
Skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Experience with financial management systems with a focus on budgeting accuracy and data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction while seeking assistance when needed.
  • Capacity to manage a high volume of daily communications and processing deadlines.
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • College degree preferred.
