Overview

SelecSource is seeking an experienced and motivated On-Site Manager with a strong background in recruiting staffing operations and performance management within the food manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations managing workforce performance building strong client relationships and ensuring successful staffing support for our client facility in Lyons GA.

Essential Responsibilities

• Recruit screen interview and onboard qualified candidates

• Maintain a strong pipeline of available and qualified employees

• Fill client job orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards

• Build and maintain professional relationships with client leadership

• Manage daily on-site operations and associate performance

• Conduct attendance tracking coaching disciplinary actions and employee engagement initiatives

• Attend client meetings regarding production planning and staffing needs

• Produce daily weekly and monthly operational reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and client expectations

Additional Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts through job boards community outreach job fairs and networking

• Administer orientations background checks and drug screenings

• Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records in ATS software

• Conduct quality assurance checks and performance evaluations

• Assist with workers compensation procedures and incident reporting

• Partner with internal leadership and HR teams to support operational goals

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in staffing recruiting HR or workforce management required

• Food manufacturing or logistics experience preferred

• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

• Demonstrated ability to build strong client and employee relationships

• College degree preferred but not required
