Job Description

The Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts for the organization including drafting reviewing negotiating executing and maintaining agreements with vendors clients consultants and partners. This role ensures contracts comply with company policies legal requirements financial objectives and operational standards while minimizing risk and supporting business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft review negotiate and manage contracts and amendments
  • Ensure contractual compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Coordinate with legal procurement finance and business teams during contract development
  • Monitor contract performance deliverables milestones renewals and expirations
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and resolve disputes when necessary
  • Maintain contract databases and document management systems
  • Support vendor and supplier relationship management
  • Review terms related to pricing service levels confidentiality indemnification and liability
  • Track key contract metrics and prepare management reports
  • Ensure timely execution and renewal of agreements
  • Assist with audits and regulatory compliance activities
  • Develop and improve contract management procedures and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Legal Studies Supply Chain or related field
  • 37 years of contract management procurement legal operations or related experience
  • Strong knowledge of contract terminology and commercial agreements
  • Experience negotiating vendor or client contracts
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) or similar certification
  • Experience with ERP or procurement platforms such asSAPOracle orCoupa
  • Experience in healthcare government construction technology or manufacturing industries
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards
